type OCB3-120The collator belt is used for orientating the products in vertical position.On the outfeed conveyor of the machine are the products collected. Because of the vertical position of the products it is possible to pick them up and place them in a box easily, manual or automatic.  Working The products are fed into the machine horizontal by an infeed conveyor. An adjustable sensor spots the product. The machine is adjusted in such a way that when the front side of the product hits the positioning wheel, the wheel turns over an angle of 90° and places the product on the collecting plate. Now the outfeed belt moves over a distance equal the thickness of the product. This creates space for the following product. The distance is adjustable in an analog way by means of a potential-meter.  INFO FOLDER |
